It is a rare event these days that I have the pleasure of writing a letter like this. It is usually the opposite scenario. Many people have a horror story to tell about contract work on their home, but I am relieved to have only a fantastic experience with Logan Pools. We are greatly pleased with the outcome of our pool design and construction.
You and your employees have restored my faith that there are still good companies out there who believe in quality and complete customer satisfaction.
Now that we have used our pool for the summer, we see the fine results of your design and quality construction. many people have been to our house during summer pool parties and BBQs. Their first expression when they walk into the back lawn is usually "Wow!"
They see craftsmanship, ideas, and materials that they have never seen beforee or even knew existed...and many of those people have their own pools!
Our property has become known in the neighborhood as the "Hamilton Resort." Hmmm,should I start charging a resort fee?
As you know, I am an engineer. Like most engineers, I research everything to a fine degree...probably to an extent that I shouldn't bother. I spent well over 200 hours researching pool construction, contractors, talking to building department inspectors, checking up on reputations, validating contractor licenses, verifying lack of complaints with the State Contractor Board, and even paying for third party background checks and information on owners of companies I was considering. OK, I over-analyzed the situation, but I wanted to be 100% confident that I would get the results I wanted if I was spending a large sum of money. I narrowed the choices for six pool companies dow to just two, and finally decided on Logan Pools. Everytime I walk out into our back lawn now, I tell mayself that we made the correct choice.
Furthermore, I should mention that the building inspector spoke favorably about your work by saying,"These people do great work. It isn't likely to be any problems here."
There were so many good experiences with your company that I am sure to leave out some important aspect; however, I'll mention a few things that come to mind.
Your professionalism is unlike anything I've seen in a long time.
You always respond quickly to our calls. Your upbeat, friendly attitude was refreshing. Every issue or change was dealt within a timely manner. Your equipment recommendations were great. I quickly learned from other customers that the brands of equipment you offer were top notch, efficient, and reliable.
Your crew was efficient, careful, friendly, and very courteous.
It was obvious they took great pride in creating a high quality pool.
Even a neighbor told us that they noticed your crew was the friendliest people they have met. We will consider it an honor to take you and your company crew out to lunch or dinner as a gesture of gratitude for the fine work you did. I will contact you soon about arranging it.
I'll close this long letter to say thanks again for the fabulous job. We wish you to have many years of successful business. Feel free to always bring by potential customers or to have them give us a call for a reference. We will be pleased to talk to them.

Dear Adam and Mike,
I hope this letter finds you and your familites doing well in this New Year. I want to apologize for taking so long to send this letter of thanks to you. It is well overdue.
First and foremost,
your customer service to me was without a doubt, the best I have ever recieved.
Your smiling faces and happy dispositions alone were so reassuring to me that everything was going to be perfect. And even when we had a few minor glitches, your attentiveness to me was amazing.
You held my hand through the whole process and I will never forget that.
To be completely honest, as a recent widow at that time, I had very little confidence in my decision-making skills. The pool was my first "big" purchase, and after making decisions with someone for over 13 years, something like this was quite a daunting task. I will forever be grateful to you for your patience and compassion you showed to me. You both made the experience easy and I thank you so much for that.
